Welcome to iHOTEL & Conference Centre Red Deer!

The hotel staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean throughout, and so was our room. The pool and hot tub we're great, the kids had a fun time. The water in the pool was very comfortable, unlike a lot of the other hotels with water too cold for swimming. Breakfast was also great and they have a fun games room the kids loved. We will be back for sure!!

I recently stayed at iHOTEL in Red Deer for the first time with my child for a sports event, based on a friend's recommendation, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The hotel is impeccably clean and well-organized, making our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The swimming pool was a highlight—absolutely fantastic and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay!

I have been staying at iHotel in Red Deer for personal and business multiple times a month for about a year. (And will continue to do so in the future!) I chose (and continue to choose) this hotel because of the Planet Fitness located on site and the gym pass is included with the room! I’ve been in many “hotel gyms” and I can say this is the real deal for anyone that prioritizes their health and fitness while on the road. Cheers to Shawn who is knowledgeable and welcoming whenever I see him in the gym. Also a shout out to Ryan at the front desk who is always professional, upbeat and friendly.

I had family visiting me for couple of days and I booked 2 attached rooms in this hotel. This is a place I will call "Home away from Home." Front Desks very friendly and respectful. Love the cleanliness, very quiet all nights and the bed, very comfortable. Highly recommended. Lastly, thank you to Rumi Suleman for accommodating our requests.

Great location for our group to meet. Since we are all around Alberta, meeting in Red Deer is a great location and the iHotel is always welcoming! Food is also a great addition to our meeting, making it very convenient for us to order while doing our meeting and have the food ready for our informal discussion.
